Keep in mind this is intended for people who have watched the series up to this point, because there will be spoilers for newcomers.

Bipolar: The City!

So we finally get an actual new episode and not an old episode in the guise of a new one. After the events of the last episode Aikawa’s secret identity as a Masou Shoujo has been revealed. And as you can tell from the picture above, for some reason everyone thinks he’s amazing, and he has become an idol. Now keep in mind these are the same people who saw him leap 40 feet into the air and somersault into a giant octopus with a chainsaw last episode, and all they could talk about is how stupid he looked. I believe it’s at this point Phelous would say something like “Great Continuity!”

So now that Aikawa’s being pestered so much, he feels he needs to get away from it all, and immediately jumps on Maelstroms idea of going stargazing in the mountains. But Aikawa being as thick as ever, brings everyone else along with him.

Never stop being you, Haruna

So they all begin to climb to the top of the mountain, and on the way encounter both a hive of bee’s and a bear.

Look out, Haruna's turned into a Celebi!

BACK OF PEDOBEAR, THAT'S MY LOLI !!!!

So after all that they finally get to the top of the mountain just in time to see the stars.

That's not how falling stars work Kadokawa

So after what is admittedly a very impressively animated scene, despite the lack of scientific research on Kadokawa’s part, they all head back home, with Aikawa feeling refreshed and renewed. Sadly all this new confidence is stripped away when Sarasvati tells him how she feels, in the nicest way she knows.

I think Sarasvati kind of missed the idea behind giving someone a love letter. Generally it's a good idea to not insult them, when asking them out.

After that we get a really awkward scene with Orito, and I’m not sure whether it was supposed to be funny or not. And after that we see that an old friend has been brought back to life.

You know Kyoko, generally if a Necromancer kills you 12 times, I think it be best just to stay dead, don't you?

Overall a very funny episode, with the comedic highlights without question belonging to Sarasvati this time around. Can’t wait to see what they do with Kyoko in the coming episodes.
